'Fresh Is More', APG Gallery, Sheffield.

A conceptual exhibition that comprised of new work by Siobhan Barr, Timothy Holt, Christopher Pike, Amy Stephens and Emma E. S. Taylor. In 'Fresh Is More', the viewer was deliberately drawn into debate, from the readymade to the specific object, their extension of blurring boundaries in the medium invites unanswered questions, much debated with each artist.

Set in Sheffield's APG Gallery, these contemporaries challenged the viewer with the manipulation of objects within their surroundings, asking questions of familiarisation and humour with our relationship towards physical matter. The work on show engaged a diverse approach for appropriating construction within an artistic location.

Throughout the exhibition, co-curator Flo Yapp conducted a series of video interviews with each participating artist.
